Since 2016, top-producing agent Cecilia Whitley has guided people to reach their fullest potential through real estate. Cecilia was first introduced to real estate in 1984, when she did part-time administrative work for an agent while caring for her son, Sterling. She eventually switched career paths to become a director of procurement with a legislative branch of the government, and she ended her career as Associate Commissioner, running the largest procurement division in the State of Texas and regularly overseeing billion-dollar contracts for the remainder of her 34-year tenure. After retirement, Cecilia combined her two work experiences to form her own superstar real estate company, Sterling & Associates Real Estate.
Cecilia stays dedicated to making each transaction as smooth and successful as possible, and she doesn’t believe her work is done until her clients are satisfied. Cecilia holds several licenses and certifications, including the Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Adviser, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.
